Winter Shipping Insurance: During cold weather, ensure your plants' protection by selecting our "Winter Shipping Insurance" option at checkout. This guarantees a refund if up to 6 plants are damaged due to cold weather upon delivery.
Damaged Plants: If your plants arrive damaged, please notify us and provide photos of the damage within 24 hours of USPS delivery. We'll promptly assist you with replacements or refunds as necessary.
