 Shipping and Plant Care Information:

We carefully package your plants to ensure healthy delivery. Please note that it's normal for shipped plants to have a few yellow or dead leaves, especially in extremely hot or cold climates. Rest assured, we do our best to minimize transit time to reduce stress on the plants.

Winter Shipping Insurance: We will only honor the Damaged Plant warranty during cold weather if a heat pack is purchased.  

Damaged Plants: If your plants arrive damaged, please notify us and provide photos of the damage within 24 hours of USPS delivery. We'll promptly assist you with replacements or refunds as necessary.
